Ready: Day and Time

If during your free discovery call you decide to contract me as your life coach, we will set a regular day and time for our coaching calls.

Set: Contract

After we arrange a start date, I will e-mail you a welcome packet that includes:

  • A welcome letter
  • Several forms to gather information about you and your goals
  • A life satisfaction survey
  • A coaching and payment agreement
  • A coaching prep form

Go: Our Teamwork Begins!

As soon as I receive your payment and completed forms, we are good to go for our first coaching session!
