Coaching Services
A coaching experience includes:
One free Discovery Call to discuss your general life situation, immediate goals, and personal boundaries. This is a scheduled phone appointment. Please e-mail me and we can set up an appropriate time for this call.
Three 40-minute Coaching Sessions each month. You will call me at a mutually agreed day and time.
E-mailed Coaching Summaries. Following our coaching call, I will send you an e-mail re-cap of our coaching session that includes:
- Coaching call highlights
- New goals for forward action and growth
- A Pre-Session Form for you to complete before our next call
Unlimited Access. You may contact me throughout the month by e-mail, fax, and brief "spot calls" to ask a question or share a victory.
Prayer and Preparation. Half an hour before our call, I will review your file and pray for our time together.
My Role
As your life coach, I will give you my full attention and ask challenging questions to enrich your life. I will encourage you to explore all of your possibilities and sometimes I will make requests of you. You always have the option to accept, modify, or reject those requests.
I will be a reflective listener, hearing not only your words but also your heart. I will encourage your strengths while being honest, direct, and objective about the things that hold you back.
I will help you:
- Articulate and vision your dreams and desires
- Clarify your values and purpose
- Establish your goals and direction
- Set boundaries to help you achieve those outcomes
- Discover God’s plan for your life
